At Standard Filter, we manufacture a complete line of aftermarket filter bags for nearly every baghouse or dust collector in operation today. We also manufacture most of the filter media used in the production of our filters which allows for lower cost and higher quality filters. Our diagnostic testing lab, allows us to provide complete filter bag diagnostic testing as well as a variety of maintenance products for improving baghouse and dust collector performance and efficiency.

Filter Media Fabrication

If your baghouse filters have not been giving you the performance you expect or require, let Standard Filter custom fabricate a filter media for your specific application. We manufacture our own felts and can provide the specifications necessary to increase the life and performance of your filter bags. Our proprietary stretch-lock manufacturing and heat-setting process eliminates the nagging problem of sagging bags. Complete Lab Testing

As part of our commitment to ensure that you get the right bag for your filtration needs, Standard Filter’s testing lab will perform a detailed analysis on your current filters. This detailed analysis:

Provides information on the estimated operational filter life remaining
Helps customers understand when periodic filter bag maintenance and replacement should be performed
Recommends baghouse efficiency improvements to maximize filter bag performance Finding out what causes a bag to fail prematurely and intelligently suggesting corrective action is the reason we have our own in-house test lab.

Rebuilding your existing system by replacing and repairing components such as whole panels, tube sheets, shaker repairs, sandblasting and painting, etc. Or converting your present system into a pulse-jet system.
